We are back on the road this week with shows in Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, New York and New Jersey. Our usual duo of music-makers, John Farnsworth and Jeff Bird, will be joining us. Please check our website to see how close we will be coming to your front door and we hope to see a lot of you out there.
We are heading to beautiful New England tomorrow and will be playing shows over the next two weeks in Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts. John Farnsworth and Jeff Bird will be on stage with us again, and we’ll be playing material from our entire catalogue. We can promise you a great night out. We hope to see a lot of you out there. Check our Tour Page for details about all the shows.
Unfortunately, due to the spiking Covid numbers in Canada and the US we are going to have to postpone our February shows in Northampton, Portsmouth, Ridgefield and Lexington. The good news is that we have been able to re-scheduled them for late April. Please hold on to your tickets as they will be honoured at the April shows. If you cannot make the new date, please contact the venue box office. You can go to the Tour page on our website to find all the relevant info on the new dates. Be safe. We’ll see you soon.
Tomorrow we are heading out on the road for the first time in 18 months for a short spin around the Great Lakes. We are nervous and excited and hope that those of you in the area can drop in and say hello. Joining us on-stage will be John Farnsworth and Jeff Bird. Here we go! You can find all the show and ticket info here.
We hope everyone is doing well and keeping safe in these strange times. We just want to let you know that we are still in the process of rescheduling any of our 2020 tour dates that have yet to be rescheduled (including this month’s Colorado shows). We will definitely not being doing any shows in 2020 but our hope is that we can start up again in early 2021. If you have bought tickets for any 2020 shows please hold on to them as they will be honoured at a rescheduled show in 2021. As these shows become rescheduled we will update our Tour Dates page (found here) with the new info.
In the meantime, this downtime, has given us the opportunity to go through our archive and we are planning to make a lot of unheard (or long lost) music available. We are also about to release Open on vinyl (more info to come in the next few weeks) and we still plan to release Ghosts on vinyl in the coming months (in the meantime you can stream it on all streaming services or purchase a hi-res download of it here.)
There are a couple of other very interesting projects that are in the works that we will let you know about when they are a little closer to seeing the light of day.
In the meantime please keep safe, be well and keep care of each other. We will see you soon.
Next week we kick off 2019 with some tour dates in Portland, Seattle and Spokane. We are slowly filling up our tour calendar for 2019 so please keep an eye on the Tour Dates page and make sure that you sign up to our email list so that we can let you know when we are coming close to your front door.
We also have a new video from All That Reckoning for the song When We Arrive. The video was created by our friend and collaborator Enrique Martinez Celaya. Enrique created the images that adorned The Nomad Series and also created The Nomad Series book, as well as XX, the book that celebrated our 20th anniversary. Enrique is a world renowned and celebrated painter and sculpture. In the video you can watch, in hyper-time, as Enrique creates a new painting. Watch as the cabin at the centre of the painting transorms from a dark, unpromising shelter under seige from outside forces, in to a beckoning, welcoming place of refuge. Enjoy!
