Here we go again….

The new album is finished, in the can and delivered to the various record companies. A year in the making and we are all very excited about the results. It is scheduled for release in late April and it is called At The End Of Paths Taken. Now you know all there is to know and now it’s time to hit the road again.

These three shows are a bit of a sneak peak (for us and the audience) for what's to come over the next year or so. It's time to take the new songs out of the studio and on to the stage. We've chosen a few appropriate sized venues for a bit of a test run; The Tralf in Buffalo which is nice and close to us and a decent place to play; the Rams Head in Annapolis, which is quickly becoming one of our favourite tour stops; and Joe's Pub in NYC which is a small club on the outskirts of Greenwich Village. The NYC gig is the primary reason for these dates. We are using it as a bit of a showcase. There is a PAC (performing arts center) bookers' convention taking place in the city. These little (and not so little) theaters are scattered throughout the country (we have played many of them) and they are usually excellent venues, for both band and audience. Hopefully our performance for a few dozen of these bookers will expand our circle of "Junkie-friendly" PACs.

Over all it was a pretty good run of shows; a little rusty in places' a little searching at times' but a lot of fun. All of the audiences were great and very open to the new material.

The slow build - up to the cds release continues. We head home for a few days and then fly off to Europe on Thursday for a few shows and lots more promo.
