Petaluma, CA (April 15, 2007)

Another cool little northern-cal town, with enough wood and brick around to keep the place grounded. We could play a couple of weeks in this area and never get tired of the geography or the people. We watched hockey for most of the day with the occasional foray in to the streets of this good looking town. A beautiful day with not very good hockey.

Another very good gig with an audience that refused to let us do anything but dig down deep and give them a good night out. A very fun night.

This was the last of our Northern California shows. We truly love this area of the country, it has got a great vibe and the audiences are always excellent, they have an attitude that invites the musician to experiment and push the boundaries. We can’t wait to return in July. In the meantime, what awaits us north of here is usually pretty darn good as well.
